Rental Administrative Assistant


 

The Amdec Group is currently looking for a Rental Administrative Assistant to join their Rental Team, based at the Head office, Tokai.

The successful incumbent duties and/or responsibilities include, but not limited to:

1. Mandates

  • Make there is a countersigned Mandate;
  • Ensure that all supporting documents are received from the Rental Administrators;
  • Make sure all the necessary documents are FIC and/or FICA complaint; and
  • Make sure all documents are saved and correctly named on the server.

2. Lease Agreements

  • Print all countersigned Lease Agreements and Mandatory Disclosure forms;
  • Create files and make sure all the relevant documents are filed and saved on the server;

3. Finance

  • Load / Verify Bank Tenant and Landlord recipient;
  • Send bank statements to Rental Administrators

4. Rental Asset Management (Redrabbit)

  • Save all ingoing, interim and outgoing inspections on the server and print and insert in file (hard copy);
  • Make sure that it gets send to both Landlords and Tenants for their record.

5. Filing/Archiving

  • Scan all documents and save on the server;
  • File all important correspondence;
  • Dead Filing;
  • Open up files for our units;

Required Experience:

  • 1-2 years rental administration experience (non-negotiable)
  • 2 years Property experience (essential)
  • Propworx, redrabbit and Quicklysign user knowledge (advantageous)

  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
