Solugrowth is looking for Lease Negotiators for 6 months contract within Telecommunication Property Industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to:
- Tenant representation
- To track lease expirations; renewals and lease related obligations
- To negotiate, re-negotiate lease agreements
- Client visits - travel required
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Telecoms Property Industry experience
- Relevant qualification
